The controls on how to switch vehicles/units for Battlestations: Pacific are unfortunately not listed in the manual. 

They are listed in the game control instructions and on screen commands.  

To switch between the vehicles that are in your control during a battle:

Press the F key to switch to the next vehicle

Press the R key to switch to the previous vehicle
